deficiency, symptoms are brain, spine, and nerve disorders, and pernicious
anemia.  Pernicious anemia is a decrease
in red blood cells when the body can’t absorb enough vitamin B12.  When your body lacks vitamins it can cause
you to have long- lasting health conditions.
